The clause pages

The draft has seven clauses and twenty six published headings. Every clause and subclause has a page here: what the public preview states, what it withholds, the work it implies and the evidence to keep. The clause bodies of 4 to 7 are not public, and each affected page says so.

The framework is descriptive, so these pages do not read like a checklist of shall requirements. They read like a method: what the clause settles, who relies on it, what a team should produce and how a reviewer tests it. The method pages in clause 5 and the capability pages in clause 6 are grouped separately as well.

The public preview carries the foreword, the introduction, the scope, the normative references, the seven clause 3 definitions and the bibliography. That is enough to describe the structure and the purpose, and it is not enough to reproduce the descriptor wording. Where the wording is withheld, the page says so rather than inventing it.
